3. Emergencies
In case of severe bleeding, unbearable pain, or any other medical emergency, go immediately to the emergency department of the nearest hospital rather than waiting to fill out the form. The online form is not for emergency services.
4. Appointments
- The date submitted in the form is only your preference; it is not a confirmed serial.
- After verifying your request, we will confirm your serial number and time by phone.
- If you need to change or cancel your time after your serial is confirmed, please inform us by phone in advance.
- The schedule may change due to the doctor’s emergency surgery or other reasons.

- Dhaka Community Medical College Hospital — 190/1, Boro Moghbazar, Railgate, Wireless More, Dhaka. Patient days: Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday; time: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

5. Providing accurate information
You must provide your correct name and an active mobile number in the form. Submitting the form repeatedly with false or someone else’s information, or through automated means, is prohibited; requests found to be abusive may be cancelled.
6. Treatment outcomes
Information on this website regarding time, recovery rates or length of hospital stay is only a general guide. Actual outcomes and timelines can vary based on the patient’s age, condition and type of disease; no specific outcome is guaranteed. The final treatment plan is determined by the doctor after examination.
